Job Description:Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Client Success / Account Manager to manage existing client accounts and identify new business opportunities. The role requires strong relationship management, account growth ownership, and stakeholder engagement across senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
· Gain deep understanding of the organization’s service offerings
· Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling
· Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
· Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
· Ensure regular communication to understand client needs and expectations
· Manage and resolve escalations effectively
· Engage with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers
· Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals
· Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
· Participate in client meetings, events, and roadshows as required
