What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Handle inbound calls and deliver exceptional service to customers
  • Manage customer information and resolve inquiries efficiently
  • Authorize sales and build relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Provide clear information to help cardholders navigate their financial journeys
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing prompt resolutions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience or military equivalent within the last 7 years
  • Must reside within 60 minutes or 60 miles of zip code 66212 for training and occasional in-person activities
  • Intermediate level of computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate multiple software platforms
  • Must be able to work evening hours and at least 1 weekend day

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • 6+ months of experience in the banking or financial industry
  • Experience working in a virtual environment and call center setting
  • Strong ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and share effective solutions
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
