What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle inbound calls and deliver exceptional service to customers
- Manage customer information and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Authorize sales and build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Provide clear information to help cardholders navigate their financial journeys
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing prompt resolutions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience or military equivalent within the last 7 years
- Must reside within 60 minutes or 60 miles of zip code 66212 for training and occasional in-person activities
- Intermediate level of computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate multiple software platforms
- Must be able to work evening hours and at least 1 weekend day
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- 6+ months of experience in the banking or financial industry
- Experience working in a virtual environment and call center setting
- Strong ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and share effective solutions
- Highly self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
