We’re looking for someone with real solar experience (sales or installer side) to pre-qualify warm inbound leads before they’re sent to our installer partners.

These are not cold calls and not a call center role.

Homeowners have already requested solar or batteries and are waiting for a call. Your job is to qualify them properly and pass on the good ones.

What you’ll do

• Call warm solar leads coming directly into our CRM
• Ask the right qualification questions (bill, roof, timeline, ownership, pain point)
• Decide if the lead is genuinely qualified
• Send qualified leads to the right partner

Who this is for

• Solar sales reps
• Former installers / solar consultants
• Anyone who understands solar and is tired of rubbish leads

What this is NOT

• Not cold calling
• Not hourly or call-center work
• Not for people without solar experience

Compensation

• Paid per qualified lead SENT.( Whether they close or not you will be paid )
• Uncapped commissions
• Fully remote, work from anywhere
