About Adminova Adminova supports founders and growing businesses with operations, onboarding, systems and backend execution so things run properly and consistently. All offers, systems, scripts, documents and onboarding processes are already built and live. This role exists to execute what already exists, not to design strategy or sell. About the Role: This is not a sales role. This is not an SDR role. This is not cold calling. This role focuses on pipeline execution across partnerships and direct client intake. Your responsibility is to keep conversations moving, follow clear instructions and ensure interested people progress smoothly through the process. What You Will Be Doing: - Partnership Pipeline - Sending pre written partnership introduction messages - Sharing partnership documents when requested - Following up using provided scripts - Tracking responses clearly - Flagging interested partners to the founder - Direct Client Intake - Sharing Adminova service offers and SOP products - Sending website or Gumroad links - Answering basic questions using provided scripts - Sending onboarding links when a client is ready - Following up with warm leads only All messaging, links and workflows are provided. What You Will NOT Be Doing: - Selling or closing - Cold calling - Negotiating pricing - Customising offers - Making promises to clients - Jumping on sales calls - Creating your own scripts or messaging This role is execution only. Trial Structure: This role begins with a 2 week unpaid execution trial. The purpose of the trial is to confirm: - Consistency - Follow through - Ability to follow instructions - Reliability over time The trial ensures alignment before transitioning into a performance based role. Trial Expectations: - Daily execution is required - Tasks are clearly defined - Communication must be consistent Failure to follow through ends the trial immediately This is non negotiable. After the Trial: If the trial is completed properly and execution is strong, the role transitions to commission based only. Payment structure: - Commission is paid only after Adminova receives payment - No upfront pay - No retainers - No payment for unconverted leads This protects the business and rewards real results.
