About The Role The position of Technical Support Analyst at AD WARRIOR offers an exciting opportunity to be a vital part of their IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization’s technological infrastructure to ensure seamless operations across all departments. This role involves providing first-line technical support to colleagues, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting a variety of systems integral to the organization’s daily functions. You will support essential systems such as printers, access control, mobile devices, and audio-visual equipment, ensuring they operate efficiently. Additionally, you will deliver initial support for key business platforms, including accounting, HR, and care management systems, playing a crucial role in maintaining the organization’s technological resilience. This role is initially remote, with future plans to transition into a hybrid or fully office-based setting, with applicants expected to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of London. Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a solid foundation in IT support and troubleshooting, with proven experience in supporting hardware and software environments. A relevant technical qualification or certification, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or an equivalent, is desirable. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves liaising with colleagues across various departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving abilities, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Experience with systems such as printers, access control, mobile devices, audio-visual equipment, and business platforms like HR or accounting software will be advantageous. A genuine interest in supporting organizational goals through technology and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment are also key attributes. Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to staff and colleagues across the organization, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly and efficiently.
- Support and maintain hardware devices such as printers, mobile devices, and audio-visual equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Assist in troubleshooting and supporting access control systems and other security-related technologies.
- Deliver initial support and troubleshooting for critical business systems, including accounting, HR, and care management platforms.
- Document support tickets, solutions, and system configurations accurately to maintain comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades, updates, and security patches.
- Participate in planning and implementing IT projects to improve organizational efficiency and security.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices to continually enhance support services.
- Contribute to creating user guides and training materials to empower staff in using organizational systems effectively.
