- Own and manage the full P&L for Amazon, ensuring the achievement of sales, profitability, and market share targets.
- Develop and implement the annual joint business plan, focusing on key growth drivers including assortment, promotions, media, and supply chain.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with Amazon stakeholders at local and international level.
- Lead product launches, promotional planning, and content optimization to drive traffic and conversion.
- Monitor key performance metrics (sell-in, sell-out, share of voice, retail media performance) and take corrective actions when needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Digital) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Manage investment budgets, including trade terms and advertising spend, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Stay up to date on Amazon policies, tools, and trends, translating insights into actionable strategies.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, with at least 2–3 years specifically managing Amazon accounts.
- Strong understanding of Amazon operations.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing levers within Amazon
- Proven ability to work with e-commerce KPIs: CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, retail media metrics.
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to interpret and present actionable insights.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven digital environment; agile mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
- Fluent in English;
