Role Description

We’re looking for a driven and visionary Co-Founder for Business. You’ll be responsible for shaping our go-to-market strategy, driving growth, and building long-term partnerships that expand FirstOfficer’s reach in DACH. This is an opportunity to join at the ground floor of a fast-evolving venture and take ownership of revenue and partnerships. 

Qualifications

  • Develop and execute the company’s sales and business growth strategy.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new markets, opportunities, and distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with the product team to refine offerings based on customer feedback.
  • Establish scalable sales processes and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to fundraising and long-term strategic planning as part of the founding team. 

Who You Are:

  • A self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and a passion for building something from the ground up.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or growth (preferably in SaaS, tech, or startups).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales and customer success.
  • Experience closing high-value deals and scaling revenue.
  • Experience with AI and Machine Learning is not mandatory, but a strong plus. Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and fast-paced execution.
