As a Strategic Implementation Specialist, you will guide new enterprise customers through the full onboarding and implementation journey of a powerful SaaS platform. You'll develop and execute tailored implementation plans that ensure a seamless transition, optimize user adoption, and accelerate time to value. Collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams, you'll act as both a strategic advisor and a trusted partner for clients. This is an opportunity to blend technical problem-solving, project management, and customer engagement in a remote-first, high-impact environment where your work directly influences customer satisfaction and long-term success. Accountabilities:
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects for strategic and enterprise-level customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely delivery
- Define project scope, coordinate stakeholders, track milestones, and maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the implementation process
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding business objectives and tailoring solutions to their needs
- Guide customers through change management processes, helping them adapt to new systems and workflows
- Leverage deep technical understanding of complex SaaS products to configure, test, and optimize implementations
- Provide best-practice recommendations to ensure customers achieve maximum value and long-term success
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and contribute to scalable, efficient implementation frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering—to ensure seamless customer experiences and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer success roles, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software environments
- Proven expertise in project management and customer engagement, with the ability to drive multiple complex implementations simultaneously
- Strong technical aptitude and curiosity, capable of understanding complex products and translating customer requirements into practical solutions
- Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively
- Demonstrated ability to manage change and guide customers through transitions with confidence and empathy
- Detail-oriented and data-driven, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, fast-paced, and evolving environment
- Bonus: experience with process improvement, customer coaching, or performance metrics management
