Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Account Manager in the live events industry. The Senior Account Manager will oversee their current client accounts, ensuring superior service and satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics for live event shipments with our operations team, managing relationships with clients and partners. The role also involves budget management, performance tracking, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
