About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our Customer Support team as an Email Chat Support representative. In this hourly, full-time role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional service to our customers by responding to inquiries and resolving issues through email and chat platforms. If you have strong communication skills in English, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this position might be perfect for you! What You'll Do

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by utilizing the available resources.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues by identifying the cause and offering appropriate solutions or alternatives.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions while capturing relevant details into the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Meet personal/team performance goals and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in customer support, preferably in an email or chat-based role.
  • Proficiency in using email and chat platforms, as well as CRM tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and stay composed under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently in an offsite setting while maintaining productivity and discipline.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Availability to work full-time, on an hourly basis, and adapt to a flexible schedule if required.

MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATE OF AMERICA The Pay Range For This Role Is 20.91 - 32.21 USD per hour(Remote (Grand Forks, North Dakota, US))
