What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls with a focus on positive customer interactions
• Conduct telephone screenings to effectively meet customer needs
• Maintain a high level of communication with customers and team members
• Utilize computer skills for effective navigation and call management
• Ensure a quiet and distraction-free home office environment

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must be available from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 9 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm
• Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and computer navigation skills
• Must have a quiet home office space conducive to work
• Willingness to consent to a background check

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in a call center environment is a plus
• Familiarity with using personal computer equipment and internet service for remote work
