What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating professionalism and empathy
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, aiming for first-call resolution
  • Document and process customer claims and interactions accurately
  • Collaborate with other teams to retrieve information as needed
  • Stay updated on products and processes through ongoing training

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Typing speed of 20+ words per minute
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, or technical support roles
  • Familiarity with contact centers or government-related accounts
