About the Role

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition & Innovation Associate, a junior, high-potential professional who will help us source, coordinate, and engage top talent while improving the systems that support our operations.

This is a remote contract role with the potential to convert to a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

This role combines a strong focus on recruiting (sourcing, outreach, pipeline management, screening, and scheduling) with innovation-focused operational work. You will use modern tools, including AI, to increase efficiency and support a high-performing hiring engine.

You will enjoy this role if you are a confident communicator, curious, solutions-oriented, and someone who naturally takes initiative when something needs to be done. You should be excited about learning, motivated by ownership, and comfortable using new tools and technology.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (Primary: 50–70%)

  • Source, identify, and engage candidates for technical and non-technical roles
  • Reach out confidently through calls, emails, messages, and LinkedIn
  • Conduct candidate screens and support full-cycle recruiting when needed
  • Maintain pipelines, track progress, and provide consistent updates
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Provide an excellent experience for both candidates and clients

Coordination and Talent Operations (20–30%)

  • Schedule interviews across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate calendars between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
  • Track statuses, follow-ups, and pipeline movement using our ATS or internal tools
  • Keep recruiting workflows organized and up to date
  • Support operational tasks that keep the hiring process running smoothly

Innovation and AI-Enabled Efficiency (10–20%)

  • Use AI tools and modern platforms to speed up sourcing, research, and communication
  • Build simple automated workflows to reduce repetitive work
  • Identify inefficiencies and share suggestions for improving processes
  • Test new tools, document what works, and help others adopt them
  • Look for opportunities to improve systems and team productivity

Who You Are

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales, operations, or similar roles
  • Confident communicator in meetings, client conversations, and candidate outreach
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging candidates directly
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Curious about technology and excited to use AI tools in your work
  • A self-starter who takes ownership and solves problems without waiting to be told
  • Humble and coachable. You seek clarity, ask for help early, and value growth over ego
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high expectations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience
  • Ambitious and eager to grow quickly

Bonus Points

  • Experience with ATS platforms or sourcing tools
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, automation tools, or sourcing technologies
  • Experience in consulting, HR tech, or other client-facing environments
  • Strong writing skills and polished outreach messaging
