Job Title: Client Success Liaison – Client Referral ProgramLocation: Remote (U.S.)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
About the Role
We are seeking a warm, engaging, and detail-oriented Client Success Liaison to support participants in a Client Referral Program. This role focuses on helping tax preparers who are transitioning clients as they downsize or retire. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable guiding clients through structured processes while maintaining strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to tax preparers, welcoming them to the program and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
- Provide clear guidance on the process for uploading client information, including scheduling dedicated support sessions and setting expectations for timelines and requirements.
- Serve as a helpful resource to ensure clients adhere to program guidelines and deadlines.
- Send welcome materials and swag packages to reinforce the customer relationship.
- Act as the main point of contact post-sale, providing encouragement and clarity while resolving delays with data uploads.
- Manage client interactions and progress tracking using Salesforce and Quickbase.
- Handle a mix of 80% outbound and 20% inbound communication with clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing liaison, client success, or sales support role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to set clear expectations while maintaining a positive, empathetic tone.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce, Quickbase experience preferred).
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining highly engaged and proactive.

Interview Process
