Freelance Language Support Specialist (English to Polish)

Editage, the flagship brand of CACTUS, provides translation services to help ESL (English-as-a-second-language) researchers communicate their science to the global scientific community. We are currently looking for skilled translators to work with us on a freelance basis. Job description We are looking for translators to work on non-academic content written in various languages. To qualify, you must have subject expertise in the required field. Experience working in a foreign-language setting will be preferred. Essentially, your work will involve translating content from the original language to native English or vice versa. Requirements Applicants must meet any one of the following criteria:

• A degree in Translation or an equivalent degree that includes significant translation training, from a recognized institution
• A graduate (or higher) degree in any other field from a recognized institution of higher education plus two years of comprehensive professional experience in translation
• Five years of comprehensive professional experience in translation
