IT Support Specialist (Service de santé au travail) – Freelance
For a customer delivering IT services throughout the healthcare sector, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join on a long-term freelance basis.
The customer provides IT services across France to the Occupational Health/Healthcare sector and requires a support professional with experience assisting users within SPSTI or SSTI environments. The role focuses on providing functional and technical support for key business applications and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support and user assistance, with the ability to troubleshoot incidents, manage requests efficiently, and contribute to ongoing system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first- and second-line support to users of industry-specific software solutions across multiple occupational health organizations.
- Analyse and resolve application incidents, escalating complex issues to development or infrastructure teams as required.Assist in the deployment and configuration of new software releases and updates.
- Document recurring issues, propose corrective actions, and maintain clear support knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with project teams to support ongoing rollouts and integrations.
- Conduct user training sessions and create step-by-step guides or FAQs to improve user adoption.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality and data security procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to harmonize IT support practices across merged or evolving entities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT or application support, preferably in the healthcare or occupational health sector.
- Strong understanding of software deployment, user assistance, and incident management processes.
- Familiarity with tools and systems commonly used by SPSTI/SSTI organizations.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a service-oriented environment.
