Salary offered

• up to 140 PLN/h on B2B contract (depending on your professional experience)
• up to 16 600 PLN on employment contract (depending on your professional experience)

Position

We’re currently looking for a candidate for our client in the gas&oil industry.

Work model: 100% remote from POLAND

Tasks waiting for you:

• Manage and resolve all communication-related issues and challenges across copper and optical-based technologies used in customer assets.
• Monitor technology trends and product development in the satellite communications domain (e.g., ARTES and other programs), with a particular focus on digital communication technologies that can enhance business capabilities.
• Identify and define future product and technology requirements for satellite communication services, focusing on digital communication systems and products.
• Apply your extensive knowledge of copper and optical communication technologies at the PHY layer level to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
• Contribute to the design and development of innovative solutions, working independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
• Deliver high-quality products as part of a cross-functional team, leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and established methodologies.
• Conduct end-to-end system testing and integration activities in both lab and field environments to validate communication system performance.

You will be successful in this role if:

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• You have solid knowledge and hands-on experience with optical, copper-based, and satellite communication system architectures and products.
• You bring practical experience in specifying, designing, developing, and testing some of the following technologies: digital signal processors, communication modems (electronics and firmware level), digital and/or mixed-signal ASICs, software-defined radios, RF equipment, active antennas, optical communication technologies.
• You demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• You are capable of influencing others, leading small teams, and managing initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
• You effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, identifying and solving problems with analytical precision and organizational discipline.
• You have well-developed planning and organizational skills, with a strong focus on delivering results.
