An established pensions consulting business is looking for a Client Relationship Director to play a pivotal role in its continued growth. This is a senior, visible position for someone who thrives on strategic client leadership, commercial impact, and trusted-advisor status.

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of major clients, building deep relationships, driving account growth, and unlocking cross-sell and upsell opportunities across a broad consulting and operational offering. Acting as a subject-matter expert, you’ll also support colleagues across the wider group and help shape market positioning.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading and growing key client relationships at a strategic level
  • Acting as a pensions’ consulting SME
  • Driving account expansion through insight-led solutions
  • Partnering with consulting, operations and MI teams to deliver real value
  • Attending and leading senior client service reviews

What we’re looking for

  • Strong DB/DC pensions consulting background
  • Proven experience in senior client relationship or account management
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of growing accounts
  • Confident communicator, comfortable with complex technical detail
  • Experienced people leader who enjoys developing others
