Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Account Manager. The Senior Account Manager will oversee and manage client relationships, enhance customer engagement, and identify opportunities for account growth and retention. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving revenue goals, and reporting on account performance metrics. Qualifications
- Strong sales and account management skills, including client relationship building, negotiating, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Knowledge of security, audiovisual, and smart living solutions or experience in related industries is preferred.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, sales forecasting, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Team collaboration abilities to align internal resources with customer objectives.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and fostering customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with remote device management tools and technology solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
