All donations directly support students pursuing careers in aviation and aerospace. The organization focuses on building a robust pipeline to empower the next generation of aviation professionals and foster industry growth through education and opportunity.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads, conducting market research, and developing strategies to expand partnerships and funding opportunities. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, providing excellent customer service, and supporting donor engagement and retention efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, assess trends, and make sound business decisions.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with stakeholders, donors, and team members.
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new opportunities and develop strategic plans.
  • Proficient Customer Service skills to maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge or experience in aviation or aerospace industries is a plus.
