Senior Account Manager – Fully Remote | £40,000–£46,000 Basic + £15,000 OTEJoin a high‑growth MSP and lead relationships with key clients

Are you a driven Senior Account Manager with a passion for building long‑term, trusted relationships? Do you thrive in the MSP world and love spotting commercial opportunities that genuinely add value to your clients? If so, this is the role for you.

We’re partnering with a forward‑thinking managed service provider seeking an experienced Account Manager to nurture high‑value clients, drive recurring revenue, and help shape the future of their customer success strategy.

💼 What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts
  • Leading account reviews, strategy sessions and customer conversations
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling and service expansion
  • Managing and growing recurring revenue pipelines
  • Ensuring exceptional customer experience and SLA delivery
  • Keeping clients informed on new products, system enhancements and best practice
  • Managing and coaching an Account Executive
  • Maintaining accurate Salesforce records and reporting
  • Representing the business at events, presentations and client meetings

🎯 What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience managing client accounts
  • Strong track record of hitting revenue and recurring revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • A natural relationship‑builder with commercial awareness
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Knowledge of ICT solutions (cloud + on‑prem)
  • Full UK driving licence (occasional travel required)
