As our Small Meeting Manager, you’ll be the go-to for all things logistics — from the first registration click to the final handshake. You’ll keep budgets tight, suppliers on point, and guests happy. Think of it as the ultimate mix of planning, problem-solving, and creating experiences people remember. You’re Good At

  • Coordinating meeting logistics from start to finish
  • Managing attendee registration and communications in Cvent
  • Budget creation, tracking, and reconciling supplier invoices
  • Building strong, positive relationships with clients and vendors
  • Staying calm and effective under pressure while juggling multiple priorities

You Might Also Have

  • 1–3 years of experience in event or meeting planning
  • A knack for precision and keeping things organized
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with HCP's
  • Experience with Congress and/or Ancilliary Meetings

You should know

  • This role is virtual
  • This role operates on Eastern Standard business hours
  • Up to 15% travel is required on an annual basis

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25% We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Small Meeting Manager is between $55,000 - $70,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
