The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Client Services Manager – Consumer Campaigns Operations within the National Corporate Relations (NCR) team. This is a remote position. This role serves as the operational engine behind national consumer campaign execution, ensuring campaigns are implemented with consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence. The Senior Client Services Manager is responsible for managing the operational infrastructure that supports campaign delivery, including pipeline management, resource development, vendor coordination, financial oversight, internal enablement, and stewardship support. Working cross-functionally with account leaders, marketing, digital teams, and operations colleagues, this position translates campaign commitments into clear operational processes, resources, and execution plans that enable internal teams to successfully deliver national consumer programs. This role requires strong operational judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to manage complex initiatives while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.   • Serve as the primary operational lead supporting the execution of national consumer campaigns.
  • Translate campaign deliverables into clear operational plans, timelines, and workflows.
  • Ensure campaigns are implemented in alignment with organizational processes, policies, and operational standards.
  • Anticipate operational needs and proactively develop solutions that support successful campaign execution.

Pipeline Management & Salesforce Administration

  • Maintain and oversee campaign pipeline tracking within Salesforce, ensuring accurate and timely entry of campaign activities, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Support leadership with pipeline insights that inform campaign planning and execution.

Resource Development & Internal Enablement

  • Design and maintain campaign implementation resources including toolkits, templates, operational guides, and training materials.
  • Create structured documentation that enables internal teams to consistently deliver consumer campaign initiatives.
  • Facilitate training sessions and onboarding for internal teams to support effective campaign implementation.

Vendor Management & Material Fulfillment

  • Manage vendor relationships responsible for campaign materials and production.
  • Coordinate production timelines and ensure delivery of campaign assets aligns with campaign schedules.
  • Oversee ordering, inventory, and distribution of campaign materials and branded resources.

Budget Management & Financial Coordination

  • Manage campaign budgets and track expenses to ensure alignment with campaign plans and financial guidelines.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to support invoicing, expense reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor campaign spending and proactively identify and address potential budget variances.

Communications & Content Development

  • Develop campaign newsletter content, updates, and internal communications that support engagement and visibility across teams.
  • Assist in creating content that communicates campaign goals, timelines, and program impact.
  • Support development of stewardship materials highlighting campaign outcomes and results.

Digital Platform & Website Management

  • Maintain and update campaign-related webpages and digital resources to ensure content remains accurate and current.
  • Coordinate with digital teams to support updates to campaign landing pages and online materials.

Stewardship & Impact Reporting

  • Support the development of impact summaries and program reporting materials.
  • Assist account teams in documenting campaign reach, engagement, and outcomes.
  • Ensure reporting materials accurately reflect campaign commitments and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5 years of experience in operations, program management, campaign execution, or client services. 7 years of experience if preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong written communication skills with experience developing operational resources and materials.
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and program logistics.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while navigating cross-functional environments.

Compensation & BenefitsThe expected pay range is $85,000 - $95,000. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply. The American Heart Association reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range. The American Heart Association invests in its people.
