· Work closely with the UK Customer Success Manager to share account intelligence, align on customer strategy, and use product adoption insights to inform commercial conversations
· Conduct regular site visits to build relationships, understand customer needs, and compete effectively against rivals with customer-facing representatives
· Work with the Sales Administrator, finance team, and wider business to ensure smooth order processing, accurate invoicing, and timely revenue recognition
· Provide regular reporting on renewal pipeline, consumables revenue, and account activity to the Director of Client Services
Success Criteria
· Renewal Rate: Achieve and maintain a high contract renewal rate across the UK portfolio, with renewals completed on time and no customers falling out of support

· Customer Relationships: Build trusted commercial relationships across the customer base, evidenced by customer feedback and retention metrics
· Competitive Position: Actively defend and grow Athera’s market share against competitors through proactive account engagement
Requirements
· Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a sales or account management role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
· Experience in healthcare technology or healthcare software is highly desirable but not mandatory
· Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage renewals, sell consumables, and identify growth opportunities
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation
