The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic customer implementations and help build a high-performing Project Management function from the ground up.

This is a highly visible role reporting to the SVP of Customer Success, where you’ll:

• Lead multiple enterprise SaaS implementations end-to-end
• Establish delivery standards, governance, and best practices
• Build and mentor a team of Project Managers as we scale
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders at top retailersWhat You’ll Bring

• 6–8 years in program/project management, implementation, or customer success in SaaS or enterprise software
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex implementations
• Strong leadership experience (team building or mentoring PMs)
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Excellent communication skills - comfortable engaging C-level clients
• PMP certification required (Agile experience a plus)
