Zipchat is the AI chat platform built for merchants and e-commerce. We help stores sell more and support their customers automatically, and we're growing fast. We're looking for someone to join our Customer Success team and own the customer journey from onboarding through account growth.
What you'll do
- Be the point of contact for a portfolio of e-commerce clients
- Guide customers through product activation, onboarding and expansion
- Understand client goals and help them get real results with our AI
- Work closely with product and support to solve problems and gather feedback
- Spot upsell and account growth opportunities
What we're looking for
- 1–2 years in a customer-facing role: Customer Success , Customer Support, Account Management, or Business Development
- Experience in SaaS or e-commerce
- Fluent, professional-level English plus at least one other European language (preferably Spanish or French)
- Comfortable juggling multiple conversations at once
- Self-directed with a natural problem-solving attitude
Bonus points if you have:
- Knowledge of the Shopify/Ecommerce ecosystem
- Familiarity with conversational AI tools
- Startup experience
