Role Description

This full-time, remote Senior Key Account Manager role involves leading the management of key client accounts and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic business plans, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The role also requires providing excellent customer service, monitoring account performance, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients while collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Account Management and Key Accounts handling
  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decision-making
  • Experience in Business Planning to set goals, forecast revenue, and identify growth opportunities
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to foster client trust and satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and clients
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a results-oriented approach
  • Previous experience in digital commerce, marketing, or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
