- Own the planning, execution, and strategic management of a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Develop multi-level relationships across executive, technical, legal, and operational stakeholders.
- Lead renewal cycles and expansion initiatives, including risk mitigation, usage realignment, pricing strategy, and packaging.
- Monitor account health, usage trends, and revenue metrics to inform proactive recommendations and decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, Finance, Legal, and Engineering—to resolve challenges and enhance customer outcomes.
- Contribute to account management frameworks, process improvements, and portfolio health metrics to strengthen team standards.
- Advocate for customer needs internally, translating business requirements into scalable, technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, SaaS Sales, or Customer Success, with responsibility for mid-market or enterprise renewals.
- Proven ability to independently manage complex accounts involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret usage data, forecast renewals, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Executive-level communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for reporting, forecasting, and opportunity management.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to navigate high-stakes renewal cycles.
- Commitment to mission-driven work and aligning customer outcomes with organizational values.
