This role provides a unique opportunity to own and grow a portfolio of high-impact, mid-market, and enterprise accounts. You will serve as the primary business contact, guiding clients through renewal strategies, expansion planning, and long-term revenue growth. The position emphasizes building trusted, multi-threaded relationships across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders while translating customer needs into actionable, scalable solutions. You will leverage data-driven insights to proactively identify risks, capture expansion opportunities, and influence cross-functional teams.   • Own the planning, execution, and strategic management of a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Develop multi-level relationships across executive, technical, legal, and operational stakeholders.
  • Lead renewal cycles and expansion initiatives, including risk mitigation, usage realignment, pricing strategy, and packaging.
  • Monitor account health, usage trends, and revenue metrics to inform proactive recommendations and decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, Finance, Legal, and Engineering—to resolve challenges and enhance customer outcomes.
  • Contribute to account management frameworks, process improvements, and portfolio health metrics to strengthen team standards.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally, translating business requirements into scalable, technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, SaaS Sales, or Customer Success, with responsibility for mid-market or enterprise renewals.
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex accounts involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret usage data, forecast renewals, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Executive-level communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for reporting, forecasting, and opportunity management.
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to navigate high-stakes renewal cycles.
  • Commitment to mission-driven work and aligning customer outcomes with organizational values.
