Role Overview

An international wealth management firm focused on private markets (late-stage private equity and venture capital) is seeking a Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with family offices, HNWIs, network leaders, and boutique fund managers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and developing new long-term partnerships, with the objective of supporting continued investment over time.

This is not an investment management role; the focus is on relationship building, trust, and client stewardship, rather than transactional or target-driven sales.

Key Highlights

  • Fully remote role (candidates based in the UK or Europe)
  • Regular international travel (US and Europe, with occasional travel to Asia; up to ~7 days per month)
  • Client-facing, relationship-led mandate
  • Exposure to high-profile pre-IPO technology investments

Ideal Background

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized academic institution
  • Minimum 3+ years in private wealth management, private banking, asset management, PE/VC, investor relations, or a similar client-facing role
  • (or 6+ years of broader finance experience)
  • Strong understanding of private capital markets, particularly private PE/VC secondaries
  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a strong advantage)
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, international environment
  • Proficient with standard remote working tools (e.g. Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, Trello, Box, DocuSign)
  • Some understanding of US business culture and at least one additional region (Europe, Asia, or Middle East)
  • Prior experience in investor relations within a technology or digital media company is a plus (ex-founders viewed favourably)
  • Legally able to enter the United States
  • Extroverted, relationship-oriented personality
  • Ability to pass standard background checks
