We are building a platform designed to make it easier for consumers and businesses to understand, compare and choose essential services.
As we expand our operations and partner network, we are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Client Relationship Associate to join our team.
The Client Relationship Associate will be responsible for maintaining professional relationships with business partners and service providers.
This is not simply a customer-support position.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of relationships, follows up consistently, coordinates internally and ensures that customer and partner matters are handled professionally from beginning to end.
- Communicate with customers and business partners via phone, email and digital channels.
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries.
- Follow up on pending customer applications, enrollments and requests.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and partners.
- Coordinate between customers, internal departments and external partners.
- Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM.
- Track open cases and follow up until completion.
- Resolve routine customer issues and appropriately escalate complex cases.
- Schedule meetings, calls and follow-ups.
- Maintain organized records of customer and partner communications.
- Identify recurring customer concerns and report them to management.
- Support customer onboarding and retention activities.
- Prepare regular reports on open cases, follow-ups and customer activity.
- Help ensure every customer receives a professional and consistent 97 Options experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, client relations, account management or customer success.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Comfortable communicating with U.S.-based customers and businesses.
- Comfortable making and receiving professional phone calls.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Professional and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Experience in U.S. energy, utilities, telecom, insurance, SaaS, comparison platforms or other U.S. customer-service environments will be considered an advantage.
