Company Description

The XEDAQ #TMJ app is a self-care tool available on iOS and Google Play, created by Ross Elledge, a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon specializing in TMJ disorders and surgery. The app offers symptom tracking, validated questionnaires, expert resources, and content from professionals in various fields such as surgery, physiotherapy, pain management, and nutrition. With these comprehensive features, XEDAQ empowers TMJ patients to take charge of their symptoms and manage their recovery journey effectively. It serves as a valuable resource for individuals seeking practical and informed solutions for TMJ-related challenges.

Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist remunerated via an equity sharing agreement in the company (co-founder status). Responsibilities include developing and executing effective sales strategies, growing customer relationships, providing product training, and delivering a seamless customer experience. The individual will also manage and analyze sales metrics, collaborate with internal teams to improve customer engagement, and identify new business opportunities to drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
  • A track record of success in the HealthTech interface with a focus on applied AI and/or mobile app technology an advantage
  • Background in sales and experience managing client accounts effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to provide training and support to clients or customers
  • Proficiency in sales management, including analyzing metrics and developing strategies for growth including branding and marketing
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
