Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a New Home Broker. The role involves understanding client requirements, including budget and location preferences, to source appropriate property options. Responsibilities include researching property markets, coordinating with reputable builders, presenting tailored recommendations, and assisting clients throughout the property buying process. The New Home Broker will also build lasting relationships with clients and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Property Markets, Market Analysis, and Client Needs Assessment
  • Strong Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
  • Effective Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal abilities
  • Organization, Time Management, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and understanding of investment property markets
  • Experience with CRM software and digital tools to manage client interactions
  • Proven track record in sales or property development is an advantage
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work setting
  • A valid real estate license or certification is preferred but not mandatory
