We are looking for a high-energy, empathetic, and persistent Sales & Appointment Booker who can call members, match them with the right therapist, and follow up consistently until they start care.
This is not just call center work — this is helping someone begin their mental health journey.
🎯 Role Overview
You will:
- Call new leads and existing members
- Understand their needs and preferences
- Match them with the best-fit therapist
- Book their first appointment
- Follow up persistently until they complete their session
- Ensure members feel supported and cared for
Your goal: Convert inquiries into completed appointments.
📌 Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Outbound Calling
- Call inbound leads quickly (speed to lead matters)
- Re-engage older leads
- Follow up via call, SMS, and email
- Handle objections professionally
2️⃣ Therapist Matching
- Understand patient profile:
- Insurance
- Availability
- Gender preference
- Specialty (anxiety, depression, couples, etc.)
- Recommend best-fit therapists
- Clearly explain options
- Assist with scheduling
3️⃣ Follow-Up & Retention
- Follow up multiple times (minimum 3–5 touches)
- Help reschedule missed appointments
- Ensure members complete their first session
- Keep communication warm and supportive
4️⃣ Customer Experience
- Make patients feel heard and understood
- Provide reassurance and clarity
- Maintain professionalism and empathy
- Resolve concerns quickly

- Member satisfaction score
🧠 Ideal Candidate
- 1–3 years in sales, appointment setting, or customer support
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Strong English communication skills
- Empathetic but confident
- Persistent and follow-up driven
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience in healthcare or mental health is a plus
Bonus:
- Experience working with U.S. customers
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- SMS and phone sales experience
