We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team, focusing on the EMEA region. This is a critical, customer-facing role dedicated to driving platform adoption and ensuring our customers achieve their desired business outcomes from a deep technical perspective. The ideal candidate will leverage their hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform products, such as BigQuery (BQ) and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), to technically guide customers through implementation and value realization.

Our product's mission is to help customers lower their spend while maximizing performance. The CSM is instrumental in helping customers realize this mission through the Rabbit platform, specifically by enabling them to utilize Rabbit's automated optimization capabilities. The person in this role must be able to credibly explain the platform's insights and recommendations to increase customer adoption and value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Customer Guidance: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers within the EMEA region, guiding them pre and post-sale through the adoption and optimization of the Rabbit platform.
  • Pre-sales Technical Support: Provide in-depth technical expertise during the sales cycle, assisting the Sales team with product demonstrations, technical Q&A, and proof-of-concept design to accelerate deal closure.
  • GCP Implementation Expertise: Utilize extensive hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform to advise on cost strategies and how to use Rabbit.
  • Platform Optimization: Proactively identify and address technical barriers to adoption, working with customer teams to optimize platform usage and maximize the realized business value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to relay technical feedback and influence the product roadmap.
  • Documentation and Training: Develop and deliver technical documentation, workshops, and training sessions tailored to the customer's specific technical teams and use cases.
  • Renewal and Expansion: Support account renewals and identify potential expansion opportunities by demonstrating clear technical value and ROI achieved through platform usage.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, or Professional Services role, preferably within a SaaS or PaaS environment.
  • Technical Focus: Extensive, hands-on, and demonstrable experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure and services.
  • Data Expertise: Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and data management principles. Experience with Google BigQuery is a significant advantage.
  • Customer-Facing: Proven ability to manage and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
