Remote Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to remotely support clients in Brazil, ensuring they maximize the use of our SaaS platform. Responsibilities Include

• Providing mentorship and guidance on platform features as a trusted advisor
• Supporting seamless integration into clients’ daily workflows
• Conducting training sessions on platform functionalities and best practices
• Tailoring teaching approaches to clients' technical familiarity
• Collaborating with executive teams to align processes
• Identifying customer concerns and potential upselling opportunities
• Facilitating access to online learning resources
• Managing customer retention and providing feedback to product teams

Qualifications And Skills

• 2+ years in tech support and/or sales in SaaS or software
• Tech-savvy with strong relationship-building skills
• Fluent in Portuguese; good English proficiency (B2+)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and judgment skills
• Customer-focused with an ability to adapt to diverse technical levels
• Organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic
• Preferably experience in medical, aesthetic, or luxury B2B/B2C sectors
• Resilient, empathetic, patient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
