Travel Agent- Remote

Role Description

This is a remote Travel Agent position. As a Travel Agent, you will assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including accommodations, car rentals, and reservations. You will also provide exceptional customer service, address client inquiries, and promote travel packages to enhance client satisfaction while meeting sales targets. Your role is integral to ensuring seamless, memorable travel experiences for customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing travel arrangements, including accommodations, car rentals, and reservations
• Strong customer service skills to address client inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience
• Experience in sales, with the ability to promote travel packages and meet sales targets
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with travel management software or CRM tools is a plus
• A passion for travel and knowledge of global destinations is beneficial
