German Customer Service Consultant (remote in Portugal)

Do you speak German and English fluently and enjoy helping people? We are currently looking for a Bilingual German & English Customer Consultants This is a fully remote position in Portugal, offering the opportunity to work in an international environment while supporting a globally recognised brand. Your Role As a Customer Consultant, you will ensure that members receive high-quality support and a seamless streaming experience. Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Providing support to German- speaking customers via phone, email and chat
• Troubleshooting technical and account-related issues
• Guiding users through platform features and functionality
• Ensuring an excellent customer experience at every interaction
• Gathering customer feedback to support service improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent German and English (C1/C2 level)
• Previous customer support experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment
• Customer-focused mindset

Salary & BenefitsMonthly Compensation Package:

• Base Salary: €920
• Performance Bonus (max): €360
• Language Allowance (German + English): €500
• Meal Allowance: €10.20/day (≈ €214/month)
• Assiduity Allowance: €110
• Flex Work Allowance: €60
