We are partnering with a leading global customer experience company to hire Customer Advisors across multiple European markets.
In this role, you will represent some of the world’s most exciting brands (technology, fashion, automotive, and social media) while delivering excellent customer support in your native language. You will handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a seamless experience for every interaction.
This is a full-remote role open to candidates across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support in your language (Dutch, French, Italian, German, or Danish) via chat, calls, and emails.
- Use English (B2+) as a secondary working language when required.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests by providing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate and close cases efficiently.
- Update and maintain customer information in internal systems.
- Ensure responses meet service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Participate in training and team meetings to stay aligned with company processes.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (C1 minimum) + one of the following languages: Dutch, French, Italian, German, or Danish.
- Previous experience in customer service (on-site or remote) is desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in digital environments.
- Customer-focused, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work full-time remotely with stable internet connection.
