•  LegalTech
• Solid understanding of systems, escalation management, customer automation systems, and practice management systems
• You will be managing around 30-50 mid market-enterprise accounts, and our average ACV is $40-$80k.You will not be responsible for up selling and renewals, however you will be identifying those opportunities and handing them off to our AEs.
• You will be meeting with clients several times/week, answering customer inquiries as needed, and engaging in proactive outreach.
