Ecommerce Operations Manager (Remote, Eastern Europe)

Honest Dog Company is a fast-growing dog supplement brand focused on clean labels, real efficacy, and products dogs actually love. We're looking an operations specialist based in Eastern Europe to help us scale our efforts.

In just 3 years, we’ve grown from a bedroom brand into one of the fastest-growing pet brands in the UK, now processing over 8,000 orders per month across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and DTC.

We’re hiring our first full-time in-house team member to work directly alongside the founder. This is a hands-on role focused on running the day-to-day of the business — freeing the founder to focus on growth, while giving you deep exposure to how a modern ecommerce brand actually operates.

This role is ideal for someone ambitious, detail-oriented, and excited to take ownership as the business scales.

What you’ll be responsible for

Marketplaces (Amazon & TikTok Shop)

Amazon

• Track and report on key metrics (sales, spend, rankings, ACOS / ROAS).
• Update and optimise product listings (titles, keywords, imagery, A+ content).
• Support new product launches and identify opportunities for future products.

TikTok Shop

• Manage listings, pricing, discounts, and promotions.
• Help build and support our TikTok affiliate programme by onboarding and organising creators.

Inventory & Operations

• Maintain a live inventory tracker across Amazon, 3PL, in-transit stock, and production.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts.
• Forecast demand and raise purchase orders with suppliers.
• Liaise with suppliers on lead times, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Customer Service

• Handle light customer support via email and marketplace platforms.
• Respond to comments on Meta ads when needed.

(Customer support volume is manageable at a handful of tickets per day and not the core focus of the role.)

You don’t need to know everything on day one. Curiosity, reliability, and a strong work ethic matter more than years of experience.
