IT Help Desk Technician
(Remote | EST Hours)
A large, global organization is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to join its remote support team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering a high-quality end-user experience. You’ll provide frontline technical support for systems, hardware, software, and remote access while partnering with cross-functional IT teams to ensure timely resolution.
What You’ll Do
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone and email
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and remote access issues
- Document and manage tickets through a service desk system
- Escalate and coordinate complex issues across IT teams
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements
- Monitor trends and help improve service delivery standards
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 1+ year of IT support experience (internship experience will be considered)
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar preferred)
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and document management systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
