Market Research - Client Service Executive (EMEA)

About The Team & Role This is a junior position within the Client Service EMEA team. As a Client Service Executive at TGM Research, you will play an important role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and maximizing their utilization of our online panels. Along with promoting our research/panel services, you will be the main point of contact with the client and directly supervising the project execution with the support of a fieldwork team. Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small to medium size/complexity client accounts
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling of additional services
• Support coordinating the execution of research projects, ensuring timely delivery of results.
• Maintaining excellent day-to-day communication with clients, advising on potential roadblocks and corrective actions
• Assisting senior team members with inbound requests
• Monitor project financials and performance metrics, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations

Qualification

• 1-2 years of experience in account management – mandatory
• Good knowledge of market research industry – mandatory
• Basic experience in managing market research projects
• Fluent Polish and English, both spoken and written
• German language skills would be an advantage
• Experience in working directly with the end client
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Research/Statistics/Data Science background is a bonus
