Job Title: Business Analyst (Client Engagement)Location: RemoteDuration: 6 Months with possible extensionMax Pay rate: $27/hr on W2Role Overview

Leverage your experience to lead and manage projects and client relationships while driving business strategy and growth. This role requires the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, apply strong analytical and project management skills, and mentor team members. You will act as a role model, fostering collaboration, innovation, and thought leadership across projects and practice areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, managers, and clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business processes, priorities, and objectives. Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities using modern, best-in-class methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the Process Development, Operations, and Quality (POQ) Project Management Office to support business case development and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze current (“as-is”) business processes to support daily operations, while understanding future (“to-be”) processes and aligning technology solutions to enable business transformation.
  • Proactively expand knowledge of business process analysis, tools, and technologies, and share insights and best practices with team members through formal and informal channels.
  • Evaluate moderately complex business challenges, develop insights, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for complex, large-scale projects. Lead process mapping sessions for cross-functional workflows and facilitate discussions, including conflict resolution, using advanced communication and presentation skills.
  • Establish and maintain internal processes and tools (including web-based platforms) to effectively organize, manage, and share project deliverables.
  • Elicit, analyze, and translate business requirements into process maps, workflows, and business models.
  • Mentor and support the development of other Business Analysts within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Conduct business analysis activities across multiple locations, including partner organizations and affiliates.
