Para Broker

Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Para Broker to join our team. This is a full-time remote or office role in Sydney, Rosebery if you prefer. The Para Broker will assist in analyzing client financial needs, preparing loan applications and supporting documents, maintaining communication with lenders and clients, performing credit assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Additional duties may include managing relationships and assisting with administrative tasks to support brokerage operations.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis skills, with experience in assessing creditworthiness and understanding lending structures
• Proficiency in preparing loan applications, documentation, and compliance with financial regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain professional relationships with clients and lenders
• Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
• Experience with mortgage brokerage or financial services is preferred
• Proficiency with relevant software and tools for financial analysis and administrative tasks
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
