🗃️ We’re Hiring: Customer Success Manager

📍 Location: Remote (Australia)

We’re looking for a proactive, empathetic, and results-driven Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients achieve their goals and have an exceptional experience. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and driving customer satisfaction in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships
  • Understand customer goals, challenges, and workflows to provide tailored guidance
  • Onboard new clients and ensure smooth adoption of products or services
  • Monitor customer health, usage metrics, and engagement levels
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or process improvements
  • Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to address client needs
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve products and services
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates on customer success metrics

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related client-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects independently
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, project management software, and analytics platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English
  • Must be based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
