We are seeking an entry-level Remote Call Center Advisor to assist customers through inbound and outbound telephone interactions. This full-time remote position is ideal for a confident communicator who can listen carefully, provide accurate information, and maintain a professional tone throughout customer conversations.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Answer inbound customer calls according to established procedures.
• Conduct assigned outbound calls and customer follow-ups.
• Provide accurate information regarding routine customer inquiries.
• Identify customer needs and determine appropriate next steps.
• Record call outcomes and customer information.
• Schedule callbacks or follow-up activities when required.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department.
• Maintain professional phone etiquette.
• Follow call quality and customer service standards.
• Manage multiple customer conversations while maintaining accuracy.
• Communicate recurring customer concerns to the appropriate team.
