We are looking for Latvian and English speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Support team in Lithuania. You will be working for our client - global courier and logistics company that provides fast and reliable shipping, transportation, and business solutions.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 till 18:00 /rolling schedule, 40h/week or 20h/week
Duties and responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails from the customers according to documented procedures, training curriculum, and quality guidelines
- Provide high-quality customer support services maintaining high levels of empathy, ownership, and efficiency during each interaction
- Provide general service feature questions, support with account setup and onboarding, pricing inquiries as well as manage claims and escalations
Requirements
- Latvian language level at the level C1 or higher. During the recruitment process, candidates will undergo internal language assessments, which will be the sole basis for determining their language level suitability.
- English language level at the level B2 or higher. During the recruitment process, candidates will undergo internal language assessments, which will be the sole basis for determining their language level suitability.

Position is based in Lithuania.
Salary
1599.2-1792.55 €/mon. gross (Lithuanian taxes are 39.5%-42.5%)
The monthly base salary is 1599.2 EUR Gross, plus a performance-based bonus, resulting in total monthly compensation of up to 1792.55 EUR Gross.
The indicated salary is for a full-time position. For part-time work, the salary will be adjusted proportionally to the agreed working hour
