Now Hiring: Remote Client Relations Specialist (Client Support / Customer Success) | $3,200–$4,000/month
We’re hiring a Remote Client Relations Specialist to strengthen relationships with our clients and make sure they feel informed, supported, and taken care of throughout their experience with us. This fully remote / work-from-home role is ideal for someone who’s highly organized, proactive, and great at keeping multiple conversations moving in the right direction.
You’ll be the go-to connection between clients and internal teams—providing updates, answering questions, tracking communication in a CRM, and following through to ensure timelines and expectations stay on track. If you’ve worked in client support, customer service, customer success, account coordination, or admin support, you’ll likely thrive here.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Proactively reach out to clients for check-ins, project updates, feedback requests, and follow-ups
- Respond to client inquiries regarding services, timelines, deliverables, and account changes
- Log interactions, notes, and preferences in a CRM system to keep communication organized
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations, deadlines, and next steps are met
- Prepare simple reports, recaps, or summaries as needed for internal tracking
- Follow up after meetings or milestones to confirm satisfaction and address concerns quickly
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong client-first / customer-first mindset
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools (or willing to learn quickly)
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and strong at follow-through and documentation
- Able to manage multiple client conversations and priorities in a remote environment
- Experience in customer service, client relations, client support, admin, or coordination is a plus
- Quiet home workspace + dependable high-speed internet connection
Pay & Benefits
- Monthly pay: $3,200–$4,000 (based on experience)
