Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective students, provide exceptional customer service, and guide them through course offerings to help them make informed enrollment decisions. Responsibilities include managing and driving effective sales strategies, maintaining client relations, conducting needs assessments, and providing training and support to students as needed. Collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales goals will also be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build rapport and address client needs effectively.
• Sales and Sales Management experience, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Experience in Training and the ability to guide prospective students in making informed decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with the beauty, fashion, or education industries is a plus.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
