Chat Support Clerk

Key Objectives

• Deliver prompt and professional chat support to customers with inquiries related to products, orders, and services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear, accurate, and helpful information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues swiftly and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a courteous and timely manner.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and general support requests.
• Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
• Document customer interactions accurately and update relevant databases.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or chat support, preferably within the Food & Beverages sector.
• Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with chat support software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
• Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
